We're moving to Brighton and we're considering BHHS or Windlesham for our soon to be year 4 DD. Does anyone have any experience of either?

Hi there

We moved to Hove from the Midlands last year and sent our daughter to Windlesham (Year 2). My son also goes to nursery there and will be starting Reception there this year.

From the very first day my daughter started there, she has loved it. I have no bad experience (long may it continue!) and think we absolutely made the right decision.

Having said that, we didn't look at BHHS as we have a son and wanted them to go to the same school to begin with.

My son has had a great first year at nursery there and is looking forward to starting Reception.

Feel free to contact me should you wish and good luck making your decision!

Sorry to gate crash - hi internet addict, we met at the lagoon ages ago - hope you are well. not sure if you are going to pick this up but thought I'd drop you a line. We are having a few issues with the state school we got into and might transfer him to Windlesham! Just wondered if you have any feedback on how it's going for your son. Mine's not that academic yet but starting to show interest and we don't want anywhere too pressurised for him. Plus he's a sensitive soul and can't cope with shouty teachers.

Hi, my son is starting at Windlesham in September. We looked at a number of schools in the area but his school just felt right for us. Lovely facilities, happy children & teachers, fantasic headteacher.
