I have heard stories of it being too cold for babies - is this true or is it okay? Park Road is always so busy.

I took my DD there when she was a baby and yes, far too cold! I didn't know if it was a one-off but it was enough to put me off so didn't try it again. Park Road is dirty and disgusting. Both the pool/s and changing rooms. I agree that the baby pook is busy plus extremely small!!

Edmonton is quite nice, btw.

It depends on the time of year and how old your baby is. It's generally too cold for very small babies, though my 2 year old is fine there most of the year, though yes too cold in winter but I haven't found a pool that isn't tbf.

It's far too cold. Mainly because they can lower the wall betweent he main pool and the baby pool, meaning it is never kept at its own temperature, We have been and had to leave after 10 minutes before.

Edmonton green leisure centre is brand new and great swimming pool, also cheaper than that old pool at seven sisters.

If you can bear the 41 bus then hop over to Archway, it is lovely and warm and also is a walk in pool (like at the beach) so you can sit in really shallow water while the baby gets used to it. my DS loves it there.
