I'm going to need some help!

I have recently moved just off Northcote Road and have a 3 and half year old boy with another baby due in early August but no family around. I am having a c section and am going to need help with both my pre-schooler and my new baby for up to 3 months. My boy is in pt nursery and will be going to pre school at Belleville in September. Can anyone help? Probably much of day at first and can be extremely flexible...spare room available if need be. Thanks 07989 5355327.

I'm in same position but my baby is due in Sept. I've been told that Abbeville nannies are also good but from my recent chat with them, quite expensive!
