Hi just wonder if there are any Chinese mums (or Chinese speaking mums) in Wandsworth/Earlsfield area? I have a one-year old daughter and would like to meet up with other mums from Far East (or anywhere!) if you live in the nearby area! Maybe we can have a walk in the Common or have a coffee and chat...x

Hi, I'm a BBC (British Born Chinese) and live in the Wimbledon area and my daughter is almost 5 months. I don't speak Cantonese although I understand it okay (my Cantonese is very rusty as I don't have any Chinese friends in London to speak with) although I do speak Hakka :) Wish my parents (who speak Cantonese as well) had taught me Cantonese -- haha! Would be happy to meet up for a coffee/chat/walk on the Common if anyone is interested. I would like my daughter to grow up listening to Chinese more often as the only chance she gets to hear it is when I visit my parents or friends in Manchester. It would also be nice to meet other Chinese people in the area :) Thanks!

Hi frijolitas, hope you are keeping well. I speak cantonese but not infleutly though. Would be nice to meet up for a coffee/walk on the common park, if you still interested private message me. :)

Thanks Yinn
