Electrician - any recommendations?

Does anyone have any recommendations for an electrician (individual, or company?). They'd have to be able to certify that electrics in our flat are good (or get them to 'good' and then certify them); if they were able to do this honestly, ie NOT claim that work needs doing if it doesn't, that's the sort of person we're looking for...

I can recommend PMB Electricians the number is 01505813610, his name is Paul. It's a family business and really helped me (a single woman) without taking the you know what, one of the few tradesmen I have been able to trust! He travels all over so the west end will be fine.
