Moving from Liverpool!!!

Hi Ladies I am moving down from Liverpool either in sept or nov this year! I am really excited as I have a 4 month old and I am dying to get into mother an baby groups but need some help on where and when to meet mums!!

it would be nice to hear from you as I dont know a soul down there!

Brighton is a great place to have kids. Do you know which area you are moving to? There are loads of nice toddler groups here. The children's centres run several, and there are groups in lots of church halls. Also baby boogie is nice, it's a free singing group on at the libraries. I've only ever been to the one at jubilee library, my kids still love it several years on. It gets very busy though and you can be turned away if they reach their limit on buggies, so you need to get there early.

There are lots of nice parks and playgrounds here. Most of them have good cafes too.
