Oven Cleaning Companies

Please can someone recommend an oven cleaning company to clean my double oven.

I have been using a company which literally takes the oven apart and cleans every bit of it but they are expensive. I am happy to use them when we move out but for now the oven just needs a clean and I hate doing it myself.

I use ovenclean: the man with the franchise for our area (villages west of Cambridge) is great. I thought it was reasonably priced compared to some other companies I rang. He did a great job too and didn't leave any mess behind him.
