Anyone know a nanny/childminder?

Hi - I am new to the area, living in TW1. I am on maternity leave until mid-July (I work 3 days a week) and finally getting round to thinking about childcare for DS (3) and DD (9mo). DS stayed with a childminder last time, but I am thinking I might prefer a nanny this time round so they can be in our home together.

Ideally I would love to have a recommendation rather than just trawl through council lists/websites.

I know a lovely girl who used to work at my daughters nursery in Twickenham (although I think she lives in Staines) and she still babysits for us regularly and the children adored her. I know she is looking to do nannying instead of working in a nusery setting. If you let me know more of the details I could ask her if you like and message you her details.

Thanks tickle, Not much else to update apart form the above, would be thinking 9 to 6 here in our house 3 days a week. I am meeting my boss next week to talk through my return to work and confirm days and times but it used to be Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
