Wanted to let you know about a new women only gym in Altrincham, near Total Fitness in Goose Green. It only opened in January (I have been a member since Feb) but it's really good - I've lost a stone already and met some fellow mums there too :) not intimidating, it's small and friendly and the staff are all really helpful. Never thought I'd join a gym but this isn't really like a gym! Just wante dto share it with you :)
