Hey just wanted to put an update on about yoga. I have been going to a great class at the Zen Centre on Gloucester Road. I love the way I get 2 hours to focus on my baby and me rather than a yoga workout. It is a class which gives the opportunity to discuss your feelings and what is happening in your pregnancy and offers ideas, advice, and poses to help address any of your twinges. The small groups make it very relaxed and I find it so helpful after a busy week/day at work. I would recommend it to anyone.
