Part-time nanny required

I am a mum looking for childcare as my nanny of 2 years has just given notice as going to care for granddaughter. We are a fun loving family with 2 boys, 11 months and 4 years (starting school in Sept), living in Esher. I work from home and require childcare Tues, Wed and Thurs 8-3 starting in May. We have been looking at aupairs and would rather have a nanny to look after the children Tues,Weds and Thurs. Do you have any advise? Many thanks Sally
