I have never used Mumsnet before but I think that any Mum would be really worried about a Phone Mast going 20 metres from their house. Especially when it is near two local primary schools. Grand Avenue and Christchurch Primary schools. This isn't just a streetlamp one, it is 11.8 metres high. Plus, it will have a massive cabinet to accompany it, which could block the view when crossing the road. I am worried about the health risks for children, especially as the Government approved a report saying "a precautionary approach should be taken with regards to children and the siting of masts". It will also be an eysore and ruin the sky-line etc etc. The Council haven't even written to all my neighbours. Please can you help?
