How do I find a reliable, qualified, ad hoc childminder. Taverham.

I'm new to this site, and need some pointers please!
Due to recent circumstance changes we require help looking after our 3 year old boy. It would only be on rare occassions and only affect a Thursday and Friday. I don't know how to find someone reliable, qualified and willing. Childminders seem to want regular, set days and contracts.
