Hi all,
I am considering private education which would only be possible through a bursery. Does anyone know of any pre preps that offer them for 3-4 year olds?

Thanks!

If you are considering private eduction and cannot afford the fees now then I think you need to seriously reconsider your plans. Bursaries are not given to just anyone who pitches up and are short of the fees. Private education can be ruinously expensive. Would you not be better aiming for a good state primary and then switching perhaps at 11 or 13 when you know what you can afford? I don't know of any pre-preps that offer bursaries.

I think we'd all be considering private education at the pre-prep stage if there were bursaries available. Good luck in your hunt!

Agree with clarice and cambgirl however at 3-4 you would still be entitled to the nursery school funding (where you get 12 hours a week or whatever) which could pay part of the fees (my DSs both got it for up to and including their first year in reception).

However it is a case of don't start something you can't finish and fees only get higher the further they go. I think bursaries are usually only available in secondary schools.
