Birthday party for dd aged 7

I'm wondering if people can recommend a good venue (I'm in 7 dials area but happy to travel) for about 20 kids. I'd want to decorate the hall and have tables and chairs but can't find any local sites listing suitable venues....

...also - any unusual ideas for party entertainers? There will be mainly girls but a fair few boys too so nothing too gender-specific...

Hi there!! Whist I'm afraid I can't give you any advice on venues in your area (although I do know very good ones in the Worthing area if that's not too far?), I run The Creation Station in Sussex, providing arts and crafts classes and parties for children aged up to 11 years. I can travel to any venue and provide parties of all shapes and sizes!!! I provide all of the activities, craft materials, overalls, and music so there's nothing for you to worry about other than providing the venue and the food!

I have lots of activities to choose from which will suit 7 year olds - for example decorating their very own canvas work of art, colouring and painting a fab T shirt and clay modelling monsters, animals, or whatever the kids imaginations invent!!!!

I've just held my daughters 7th bday party at a community centre behind st peters church on the hangleton rd in hove. It was perfect. She had around 20 friends and there was ample room for them and the entertainers. I'm afraid I didn't keep the contact no. It came recommended to me so I drove to it and the contact name and number are on the door.

I can highly recommend the party entertainers too - emporium party's. They were brilliant and have lots of different themes to choose from.

hi there, West Hill community centre is a good, small church hall that you can hire - v close to 7 Dials.

Can't help on party entertainers though I'm afraid.
