Homeopaths in Hackney?

Could anyone recommend a homeopath in Hackney or in reach of us around here? DS1 has terrible recurring tonsillitis and I'll try anything that might help get him out of this cycle and constant antibiotic intake...

Holistic Health on Broadway Market. I haven't used them for homeopathy, but have been happy with the services I've used.

I used Alison Courtney the acupuncturist who works out of there when I was overdue (not at HH but in Caledonian Rd) and she was amazing so if she's representative of the general standard of practitioner there I'd be happy! Thanks for that.

She's brilliant...I used her when I was overdue and promptly had a baby! She seems to be a bit of a local legend when it comes to overdue babies!

That's interesting - she deserves legend status. DS2 10 days over and she exactly described how his birth would be (scary, but ultimately OK) and then his actual personality (laid back, rushes of excitement, easy going text book child.) Amazing. He was born the next day.

She also saved the life of my friend's baby... Can't recommend her highly enough.

Leslie Murphy is an amazing homeopath who works at Bodywise on Roman Road and also sees people at her home in E2. I've seen her on and off for years, and would highly recommend her. Try Googling Bodywise.

Thanks for that - we used to live on the island and I worked at a school just off Roman Road. Even did my NCT course there and have totally forgotten about it. Have you used her?

D'oh, sorry, sleep deprivation kicking in. You've seen her on and off for years. Sorry Grin

Yes, I tried a homeopath at Holistic Health when she was away and wasn't ever so impressed. Leslie provides follow up (you call her at a pre-arranged time a few weeks after the consultation to discuss how the remedies have worked and make other prescriptions without extra charge),which this other person didn't.

I'm another big Alison Courtney fan too tbw!

Another big thank you. Personal recommendation means so much, especially when it's your kids using the service!

I have used Homeopathy at Holistic Centre and i am more than happy. I do not know if i am allowed to tell the name of the Dr., but is always a risk recommending Dr. in general. Anyway, for me does wonders.
