Moving to Stamford

I am 4 months pregnant and 31 yrs old. My husband and I are trying to decide if we should move to Stamford. It looks like a lovely town but are there a lot of mothers to be or young families there? We are also looking at Harpenden, but Stamford it more convenient for my husband's work territory. Any advice would be much appreciated! Thanks!

Can definitely recommend Stamford as a lovely place to live and bring up a family..nice park in the centre of town, and the meadows which is lovely in the summer. Lots of good schools....and most importantly lots of nice coffee shops to walk to when the baby won't stop crying and you have to get out....!!
