Can anyone recommend a personal trainer in the Wimbledon area?

Lauren is a friend of mine that has just opened her own studio in Wimbledon. She has doing personal training for quite a while in people's homes. I think she either comes to you or you can go to her now. Also she has hired other teachers in dance etc...

I used Dan Newman - and was very happy with my results, he has a nice gym in Merton Abbey Mills so we sometimes did the training indoors and sometimes outside, depending on weather or need for a change - he is at www.personaltrainerwimbledon.com
