Is there anyone in the Cardiff Roath area who would be interested in doing some keep fit, running, classes, don't mind? Haven't exercised for about 6 months and would like to get started again. If there's anyone out there interested in joining me, let me know. Now back to those cream cakes, yummy

Capellone, just saw your post. If you hadn't mentioned roath I would also have gone back to the cream cakes but since you're local to me it would be a silly opportunity to miss! I'd be interested in a running buddy and someone to motivate me out to classes etc. Will see if I can message you.
