Hey! I can recommend the buggy walk on Mondays at Raphaels Park, main road romford? Starts at 10:15am at Lodge Farm Park. Raphaels is the one with the Lake, LFP is opposite with the car park. We meet at the car park then do a couple of laps of each. Good fun and a good sized group...hope to see you x

Hi, there's also a buggy walk at Thames Chase (Upminster) on the 1st and 3rd Friday of each month. It's 10.30 to roughly 11.30 followed by coffee and cake - it is a lovely area and the cafe is great
