Hello
We are looking for a place to live in Edinburgh. We want to stay relatively central. We have a 1.5 old boy. We want somewhere that we know will have a good school when the time comes. OUr budget is around 300K for a 3+ bed place. Ideas/suggestions would be hugely appreciated. Sorry for any duplication with previous threads.
Thankyou!

My dream location is stock bridge. I work over there sometimes and it always seems so dreamy.

Very expensive though.. No idea what you would get for £300k

Tollcross/Bruntsfield/Morningside - good schools, nice and near the Meadows (big park), lots of other mums and variable prices. A lot of Edinburgh property in the centre of town is flats but nice purpose built flats, though there are houses these tend to be expensive. Have a look on www.espc.co.uk.

Hope it all goes well!

East Edinburgh not quite central but on the bus routes, rail halt at Brunstane.
Joppa, Duddingston, Portobello, Brunstane.
Lots of parks and of course the beach

Look at the Edinburgh Solicitors Property Centre to get ideas on prices in and around Edinburgh
