Moving to Basingstoke area

Hi I am moving into the area and would like to live on the edge of the town - towards Aldermaston. Can anyone help to point me in the right direction for nice quiet area. Thanks

Tadley is a nice quiet area near Aldermaston.

I know a couple of people who live in Bramley who work in AWE - it's a lovely village.

Pamber Heath is quiet but nice and near tadley sainsburys, bramley is lovely as is silchester, baughurst has some lovely houses but at the pricier end
