if you apply for a place in reception at a school in you're catchment area within the alloted admission schedule and have a sibling at that school, and then decide to move house,still within catchment,before the start of autumn term,do you have to re-apply knowing that the reception is going to be full after march 7?

If you're moving within catchment I think it is irrelevant - you will just need to make sure that they are aware of your change of address.

We didn't even have an address in Wales when we applied for a place last year!
