Childminders WOT/Stoke Bishop/Henleaze

Hi I have just had Baby No 2 and have been scared into looking at childcare already. DS1 went to a childminder for the first year and we would love to find a childminder for DS2 when I go back to work. Can anyone recommend a childminder in the above areas? I expect that most don't need to advertise so word of mouth recommendations would be great. Thanks
