Selling our home in Wimbledon- What can you tell me about Lauristons?

I have never sold a house before so I'm quite inexperienced. Not sure what I should be looking out for. I have not signed a contract with them just yet but I think I'm going to. I would like to hear from anybody who has had dealings with them, good or bad. Thanks so much.

We sold our house with them about 4 years ago. They were very good at chasing solicitors/other agents etc down the long chain and keeping us informed of what was going on. It's in their interest to make the sale go through (they don't get paid otherwise) and they were good.

Whatever you do avoid Hawes and Co as they always overprice properties.
