Hi. I have recently moved to Burghfield Common, south of Reading due to my husbands work and I'm 15 weeks pregnant. I want to find some local pregnancy pilates and aquanatal classes and would really appreciate some recommendations. I don't know anyone in the area so also want to use the classes to meet people. Look forward to your comments and thanks!

Why don't you join your local NCT, they will have lots of info on those sort of clases and may even run some themselves. And anyway if one of your main concerns is to join things to meet people then the NCT is perfect, they are bound to ahve a weekly meet-up/coffee morning for pregnant ladies and mums woith newborns. Ours does anyway and I'm sure they must all be similar. Then once your DC gets a bit bigger they'll ahve other things like toddler groups and coffee mornings etc. I couldn't have survived without the NCT when I had my two DSs!
I think the website is www.nct.org.uk but if it isn't then I'm sure you'll track it down pretty easily. Put in your postcode to see your nearest branch and get in touch.

Hi JellyBelly10 and Galaxymummy, Thanks for your comments. I am already signed up for NCT glasses but not until June. I'm not a member but will look into it as looks as though there is more access to information if you are. Thanks again!

Hi Apples

Try this lady. www.yogareading.co.uk/ I go to her Saturday morning classes in Caversham. If it's a bit far away from your area, she may be able to put you in touch with someone more local to you.
