I am looking for a local mum, preferably in the Horsham area or within 5 miles of Horsham, who has catering qualifications, and has the DEFRA Health & Hygiene certificates, with an inspected home kitchen, who would be interested in joining me in my new business venture of mobile Vintage afternoon Teas.
I am looking for an experienced caterer who would be able to spare a copuple of hours when needed, making delicate sandwiches and home-made cakes from home.
This would be an ideal opportunity for a stay-at-home mum, who has a few hours to spare between the 'school run' or whilst the 'little one' is at playgroup.
I would be willing to either supply the ingredients and pay an hourly rate, or arrange an agreed price for the finished items.
