I'm looking for a local Pilates instructor for some one to one sessions to improve my hunchback and saggy belly! Can anyone recommend one? Preferably St Marg/Twick/Teddington/Hampton area and ideally someone who is good with posture and understanda post baby bodies. Thank you.

I go to a good session on a tuesday morning at Hampton football club at 10.oclock and if you need creche facilities they provide that as well.

Hello Rainbowmagic

I'd be interested in doing that if creche available, please can you post the details. TIA

Sorry ive been so slow at responding its Sue Olsen and contact number is 0208-943-3540 or 07710094966

I needed to do pilates to strengthen my back, and i really enjoy it as you can do more advanced when you want, she does it to suit all levels. Creche staff have also been with her for a number of years and they all play very happily the session is never interupted.
