Hi,

I live in Greenwich, in GMV, near the 02. I am pregnant with my first baby and due on 2 June.

I would love to meet other mums to be and share stories and experiences.

Would anyone like to meet for a coffee sometime?

Jayne

Hi Jennifer,

I'm happy to meet up on 15th in the village if you're still free?

Hi,

I also live in GMV and gave birth 3 weeks ago, to my first baby. If you are meeting up again I would be keen to meet mums or mums to be in the area, I may have to bring the baby though!!

Thank you! It is great, very demanding and tiring but lovely! My baby has had a bit of colic which means she screams more than usual, that bit is not so much fun!! How is your pregnancy going? I feel like i have already forgotten what it was like being pregnant, and it was only a few weeks ago!

Glad it is going well. Did you have her at Queen Elizabeth?

My pregnancy is going well thanks. Still feeling healthy and do not get too tired just yet. I'm thirty weeks now.

Let me know if you'd like to meet up sometime, be nice to meet you and your baby!

Jayne

Hey guys, hope the pregnancies and babies are going well. I can't believe how quickly time flies and how much my back aches! I'm meeting another mum for yoga and swimming this Saturday at The Arches Leisure centre in Greenwich if anyone fancies it. We are meeting in the foyer at 10am. Take care, Neelam

Jayne - I did have her at Queen Elizabeth, it was not a bad experience if you are wondering whether going there is a good idea! My labour was really fast so I only had to stay a short while, if I had had to stay a few days it may have been worse because the ward is short on space and you get limited help after the birth (or at least I did - maybe because I had an uncomplicated birth?!). The midwives were nice but very busy which I found quite stressful as they don't stay with you for long periods of time. Overall it was ok!

Hope everyone is doing ok - I just finished work! Am now free to meet any time if anyone fancies it, any day is good as I will be twiddling my thumbs just waiting for D-day from now on!

Hello, hope everyone is doing well - am meeting another mum-to-be, Kerrie, on Tuesday afternoon - 3pm in the Blackheath Standard pub if anyone fancies it?

You are more than welcome to join Bumps & Babies, New Eltham. They meet Friday mornings and run the group themselves, so are breast-feeding friendly and welcome anyone who is expecting or has a baby up to 12 months (sorry no toddlers). They organise taster sessions for local baby groups, photographers, traders, first aid sessions - anything they think they would benefit from! for all the information, visit www.bumpsandbabies-neweltham.co.uk
