I am trying to find a p/t (3 day per week) nanny for my son, just for 6 months before he starts school.

I have NO idea what the likely costs are, and what sort of sliding scale would be - I've put out feelers and have interest from people ranging from those in their early 20s with a few years general childcare / ad hoc nannying experience, to someone much older, with a long track record as a nanny.

Can anyone help advise me please?

Thanks in advance.

Hi, am a nanny in SW London, depending on experience it seems to be roughly £80-£110 per day (net), not sure what that converts to in gross. Hope that helps!

I do the payroll for a friend of mine. She pays her full time live out nanny £1,950 a month in hand.
