Hi im new to this site. I look after my Grandson Jack who is 10 months old 3 days a week and would like to know if there are Grandparents in my area of Newcastle who do the same. It would be nice to take him to a play group where there are Grandparents. Many Thanks

Do you already go to playgroup? When I used to take my charge last year, there were a few grandparents there. Thus I was the only nanny though :)

Yes, but unfortunatley so far I havent met other Grandparents only Mums which is fine but I just feel it would be nice to attend a playgroup where other Grandmas are. Thanks for your reply

Which area do you live in? Lots of groups seem to have grandparents but I'm not aware og a specific one. Maybe you could start one!

Have you tried the Sure Start centre in Kenton? Thre is a roup on a Friday morning that I know a few grandparents go to.
