Pregnancy Yoga

Hi, I thought I would share a nice class that has just re-started. I looked at loads of Pregnancy Yoga classes in the area and there always seemed to be a parking issue. The website is www.kindnessyoga.com. I spoke to the class teacher - Anna and she is lovely - this class also comes highly recommended on other threads here. Hope this is useful :)

I would recommend Yumi Yoga, I joined Claire's pregnancy yoga classes and now go to her mother and baby and baby yoga classes which are brilliant. The classes are really great and I have met lots of lovely mums through these classes who I spend a lot of time with outside of the classes too www.yumiyoga.co.uk/
