Help --- Anybody know this builder David O'Brien

Somebody has recommanded this builder. Has anybody used him? Any recommondations?

We had him around to quote for ours and he and his company seemed very organised, professinoal and competent. We didn't go with him in the end because he wasn't available for a while but didn't have a chance to check references or anything. Got his name from the Virtual Norwood Forum which is basically his online fan club. You can read lots of glowing recommendations for him there (and maybe a few on the East Dulwich Forum as well).

I don't know David o'Brian but can strongly recommend our builder Chris Morris. He did a complete renovation for us in 2009 and it was a brilliant experience working with him and his team. He is mid range in terms of price. Sorry hanen't his number to hand and have small person asleep on me. Will try to get it for you later.
