We have a kitchen extension, that was built by the previous owner, and is now slowly crumbling... It has not-so-great electrics, and possibly needs structural work. It also has a flat roof, which we would like replaced (poss. by tilting one). Would love to have a reliable builder/surveyor have a look, to see what it needs, but we don't have any such connections.
Recommendations anyone?
