High-energy activity classes for 5 year old

First post so hope I'm doing it right!

My DS (almost 5) is desperate to do parkour (freerunning), which is definitely not aimed at his age group! :)

Does anyone have any suggestions for alternatives that are more appropriate for someone his age (a gymnastics club is I guess one example)?

Need to be high energy :o and within a 10-mile radius of HW.

Thank you in advance.

Booker Gym do classes in the week, and on a Fri do Parkcour but from 8yrs up. My son (7) is on the waiting list to do the gym on a Thurs (has been since Sept) so he can master Jedi jumps!

Thanks Flutterbye. I'm not sure he can wait three years! but I'll take a look at the other classes they offer. Thanks again.
