Hi

Hope you can help!! I have a DD who is 2 and a half and a DS who is almost 1. I'm desperately trying to think of something to do tomorrow that is fun so we don't spend another day of our holidays being completely bored/visiting family. As long as it doesn't rain, we would go outdoors which is always the preference. Is there anywhere that has trampolines and things like that? Don't mind travelling a little bit out of Edinburgh. So bored of soft plays and swimming. I've tried museums and things like that but my DD isn't interested.

ta much

We go to Dobbies quite a lot just to look at the fish and the budgies

What about the museum?

DaddyDiamond · 10/01/2011 18:37

The museum is number one ace. Do it!

BuckingxmasFells · 10/01/2011 18:49

east links farm is brill.

Yeah second vote for Dobbies and its free.
...... East links Farm it is a great day out worth the drive... but not much indoors there though.
Most of the soft play I have found too busy and unsuitable for toddlers, but if you are near Reds cafe in Portobello they have small soft play in the cafe area ..... also the ceramic experience at ocean terminal has a small soft play area.

sorry just realised you said you were bored with soft play and Im listing them off......must get sleep!!!

Late to the party as usual, but for future reference, Almond Valley nr Livingstone has outdoor trampolines and other activities. Is good fun too!

Have you tried the Story telling centre?

Camera Obscura?

The Holyrood creche?
