Harpur Trust Schools

Does anyone know anything about Bedford prep school or Pilgrims school in Bedford? We are considering them for our children and would very much appreciate any first-hand knowledge (we are visiting them but nothing beats inside info!).

I have one son at Pilgrims in the nursery and one son who has recently left. I really cannot praise the school highly enough.

I agree I went to DAHS and my brother the modern.

I loved the school and left with better education than I would have achieved left alone at state school.

My brother would have done just as well acedemically at state school as he is bright and dedicated, but he has a better connected group of peers from going to the modern.

If you can afford it, it is a good option.

Of course this is just my opinion and the HT schools aren't for everyone!

Had one child in each, both fantastic schools.
