Toddler stuff to do when it's snowing

I've a 3yo & an 18mo in Perth. We went sledging but the walk home was memorably traumatic and I'm going a bit spare as I'm usually very out and about. Was thinking of getting the train to Glasgow with them...what would be the best stuff to do with them once there?

seriously, with all the cancellations and bad weather you want to drag two youngsters into the city centre to wander about in the cold? is there no soft play you could get to where you are?
