Newbie- Parent and Step parent: Camberwell

Hi

I'm new and wanted to drop in to say hello.
I live between Brixton and Camberwell near to Loughborough Junction station.
I have a 16-month old daughter and a 7-year old step daughter. I would like to meet other Mum's locally with children of similar ages. I work 4 days a week as a social worker. I try to get to play groups with the little one my days off.
I am sociable and active but sometimes feel isolated as a mother and a step mother in this area.

I would love to hear from anyone close by, or not!

I am not a mum but will be having my first in September. I am training to be a social worker and would love a chance to talk. I live on Camberwell Green and know the Coldharbour Lane area well.

I know the feelings of isolation; pregnancy combined with two jobs and studying has made me feel pretty on my own!

Anyhow, would be grea to hear from you, particularly about juggling the job and children!
