Can anyone recomend a good cleaner?

I used to have amazing cleaners but last christmas they stopped due to ill health. Since then I have had a number but none I have been compltely happy with. I have tried a few on recommendations but have never been happy with the finish. Has anyone got cleaners they would recommend?
