hello

We have recently moved to Sydenham, we are applying for primary schools for my DDs and wondered if anyone knew any good schools in the area or surrounding areas?

if not which area is the best area to apply for to be likely to get a place?

thanks

How old are they and are you considering just state or independent too?

Whereabouts in Sydenham? Eliot Bank is the best state primary around here but has a small catchment area. If you are in Lower Sydenham you may get Alexandra primary which is lovely and has nicebig playing fields.

The nearest private ones are around Dulwich - JAPS, Alleyns, Dulwich College Prep and Oakfield (Oakfield is the cheapest but not brilliant).

There is also Adamsrill school. They have just built a new building with 2 classrooms for the reception

hi get involved in transforming lewisham libraries into vibrant learning centres for children.

We have submitted a proposal to Lewisham Council as part of their closure of 4 libraries.

We are looking for anyone in the Community to be part of the transformation.

There is a Public meeting held 12 April Catford Civic Centre 4pm - 8pm

If you want to get involved and transform meet others and make a difference. email me [email protected]
