pre-schools in Bath

hi there, I'm looking into pre-schools for my 3 year old boy. He's not great in big groups and is not used to being without me, so I'd ideally like somewhere small and caring where staff really get to know the kids.

We're not actually in Bath yet (planning to move soon and will be renting) so not tied to a particular area yet. If anyone has any recommendations (or thoughts about nurseries/pre-schools to avoid), it would be much appreciated!

Box preschool playgroup - friends kids have gone (and go there) and all love it.

I know Acorns in Widcombe and Bear Flat preschool both have good reputations.

Just noticed that you also mention nurseries - I do some work with Mulberry Kidz in Bathampton and Miles House in Bathwick, both of which I find to be excellent.

My daughter goes to The Mews near Henrietta Park, which is quite central in Bath. It's small and the staff are really kind. They have a sweet garden and also use the park when the weather's fine.
