Hi there. My dd has recently started at UEA and we may be coming up to Norwich to collect her just before Christmas (unless I get hard-nosed and make her catch the train).
I'd like not to do the journey there and back in one day so can you recommend any cheap hotels or B&B's. I am happy to stay in a characterless chain hotel, but I'm not keen on shabby places unless they are shabby in an interesting way. No sticky carpets and slot metre radiators! It would be quite nice to stay somewhere on the outskirts or rural but within easy reach but I'm easy.
