Hi, I'm 19 weeks pregnant and looking into pregnancy exercise as I've done nothing for ages!! Do any of you have any recommendations? I live in N5. Cheers.

Hello, I am a student of Birmingham City University and I am currently doing my Final Major Project aiming at pregnant women. The project is to offer pregnant women kits that will support their exercise throughout their pregnancy or will encourage women to be physically active throughout their journey.

I just wanted to post a couple of questions as I need primary research to identify the right service.

  1. Would you be interested in purchasing from a service that offers exercise kits for pregnant women? (The kits would include light weights, resistance bands, yoga mat, water bottle, gym towel, massage rollers etc)
  1. And at what price range would you purchase a kit like that?
  1. What type of issues do you face during your pregnancy?
  1. Do you exercise throughout your pregnancy? If yes, how are you being physically active?
  1. Where do you prefer exercising if you do: in the gym, outside in the nature or at home?
