Things to do in Sheffield?

Hi

I've joined Mumsnet to try and find things to do with a six year old. Does anyone have any ideas? Looking at the events listed on the mumsnet site I like the look of the Roald Dahl Little Red Riding Hood concert but does anyone have any other ideas of other events in the city?

Fright Night in city centre on Sunday is very good something for all ages.

We have a Kids Show at the Sheffield Park Hotel this Sunday (26th June), where you can find loads to do with kids aged 5-11yrs. We have loads of free activities on throughout the day, including martial arts, first aid, dance, football, etc as well as pot painting, owls, t-shirt painting, etc. We also have a performance from Strike (Britians's Got Talents Finalists) at 2.30pm!
There's a small entry charge of £1.50 for children, but adults get in Free! See the website for more details: www.thekidsshow.co.uk

We're Teddy Bear Hospital, a group of medical students from the University of Sheffield.
We normally run event for primary school aged children with the aim of reducing the anxiety that some children have around going to the doctors/hospitals as well as to promote health and wellbeing. Due to COVID-19, we haven't been able to run any in person events but have produced a series of videos for children. You can find these on our Facebook page: www.facebook.com/TeddyBearHospitalSheffield
