Things to do around Brixton

Hi there
I need to find some playgroups for my 1yr old. Free or cheap ones around Brixton/Clapham or anywhere around! I've not managed to make it further than a few 1 o'clock clubs. Any help would be much appreciated. Best,

There used to be a Mother and Toddler by Balham station at the end of the park. But my fav was Brockwell park - there were always stuff going on there. I have not lived in Brixton for more than 6 years so I could be out of date!!

The Brockwell Park One o'clock club is still there (although it's under threat).

Open 1-4 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

There's also the Effra Nursery drop-in, and a Rosendale nursery one (I think).

Plus, of course, there's the Hell that is Brixton Leisure Centre Soft-play.

Sure someone else will be along with loads more in a mo.
