Has anyone else noticed two women (without children in tow) at the Sleaford Street playground taking photos of children playing? My parents first mentioned this. The women arrived shortly after they entered the playground and the same happened to me a few days ago. I wasn't sure whether or not to confront them but find it rather strange behaviour and am worried someone is actually observing it area. Is this just me being paranoid?
