Hi everyone. I have a property in the Cheadle area which is being rented out in the next 2 weeks. I have just heard today there is a gas leak from the boiler area so the gas has been turned off. I obviously want to get this sorted asap before the tenant moves in. Can anyone recommend anyone reliable (and not too expensive). I am not based locally so is a bit difficult to know where to start. Thanks!
