Basically Fairbridge in Glasgow does lots of really, really good work with inner city "yoof".
Currently they have a group of young people training hard for a 10k in London - this is a pretty big thing for these kids.
They have entered a design competition where the group that designs the best trainers wins them - voting is on
Facebook.
So if you have a spare 60 seconds could you help them out and 1) Follow this link to the RDC Youngers page and "like" it. 2) "Like" the glasgow shoe design shown here. 3) "Share" the design and put these instructions in the comments.
