Can I have some feedback from nursery age mums?

Hi Richmond Mums
We are looking at launching a service in Richmond for parents with children at day nursery, whereby you order a homemade evening meal (of however many portions you want) in the morning when you drop your child at nursery and collect it, freshly made when you collect the child in the evening. There will be three choices a day to include a family meal, a vegetarian and a slightly more upmarket meal for you and your partner or friends.
We would donate a percentage of all our takings to the school so it is a fundraising opportunity as well as hopefully providing a much needed service.
I'm just doing a straw poll to see a) whether it is something you think you would use and b) what you think is a reasonable amount to charge per portion.
Thanks in advance for your feedback.

I wouldn't use this service as I feel guilty about spending money on takeaway food Grin

I would think lots of people would like to yse a service like this though, and you should price it to match the Cook shop prices.

Good luck!

Thanks Keith, that is really helpful.

Just seen this. I would definitely use it but only occasionally.

Agree with matching the Cook Shop (is that the one in Chiswick?) prices. I wouldn't want to spend more than I would on a takeaway and only a bit more than good quality supermarket (eg Waitrose/M&S) equivalent.
